Topographic survey to assist the owner with a garden suite construction. We provided drawings to be included with the building permit application package and to assist with the new design. Challenge
As with all surveys in older areas, finding lot corners is an issue, so we had to traverse around the block to accurately establish the boundaries to ensure that the future build complies with current zoning.
