Shoal Point

Shoal Point is a three phased strata title development at Fisherman’s Wharf in Victoria. The strata lots for this site include both residential and non-residential areas. Polaris took over the project at the start of Phase 3 and provided construction control, prepared the third phase of the strata plan and subsequently assisted the strata corporation with amendments to the allocations of Limited Common Property.
