Your unique arrangement
The Polaris team consists of managers and contractors. The work and employment opportunities listed here are opportunities to enter into a contract agreement with Polaris to provide specific services.
As a contractor to Polaris, you are an independent business with all the freedoms and responsibilities that go along with that. Each contract arrangement is unique and can be customized to fit the needs of the contractor and of Polaris.
The Polaris Model
Team members are assigned to specific projects depending on their location and expertise. With this business model, we are able to go to our clients, rather than have our clients come to us.
Many self-motivated individuals do not like to be hindered or bound by the typical 9-5 employer/employee structure. The Polaris model provides this type of person the opportunity to flourish and enjoy the freedoms the contractor model offers. Our philosophy is that together we can harmoniously meet the needs of the Polaris clients.
